Each phase of your cycle is so incredibly unique and amazing when you are working WITH your body instead of against it. Each phase requires different nutrients, forms of movement, duration of sleep, social time, and of course, self-care. â¨
So what are these phases that no sex-ed class (at least none of mine) ever taught us about?

Phase 1: FOLLICULAR đą
(starts the day after your period ends & goes for 5-7 days)
Phase 2: OVULATORY đ
(typically 3-5 days)
Phase 3: LUTEAL đ§ââď¸
(the longest phase of our cycles lasting anywhere from 11-14 days)
Phase 4: MENSTRUATIONđŠ¸
(usually 3-7 days)
