Itâs time to cycle sync!â¨
10-14 daysđ before your period, PMS is most likely to strike. Without the proper tools and education about how your cycle works, youâre most likely going to feel bloated, irritable, moody, and crampy (among many other signs and symptoms of PMS).
Hereâs a few of my favorite ways to cycle sync during this luteal phase to kick PMS to the curb:
âď¸Do: Eat 3 balanced meals
âDonât: Skip breakfast
âď¸Do: Drink red raspberry leaf tea + bone broths
âDonât: Drink a ton of caffeine
âď¸Do: Eat complex carbohydrates (think brown rice, sweet potato, etc.)
âDonât: Load up on processed sugar
âď¸Do: Low intensity strength training
âDonât: Choose cardio or HIIT workouts
