RGE NO BAKE Paleo Protein BarsšŸ’ŖšŸ»



These little guys are SO tasty and super simple to make! low in sugar āœ”ļø, rich in protein āœ”ļø, and packed full of healthy fats too! āœ”ļøplus they make a great Valentineā€™s Day snackšŸ„°


Ingredientsā¬‡ļø

  • 1/2 cup almond butta šŸŒ°

  • 4 pitted medjool dates šŸ’«, *soaked in hot water for 15min

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds šŸŒ±

  • 1/3 cup walnuts šŸ„œ

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds šŸƒ

  • 1/2 cup almond flour šŸŒæ

  • 1/4 cup GF oats šŸŒ¾

  • 1/2 TSP @simplyorganicfoods Ceylon cinnamon āœØ

  • 1 TSP vanilla extract šŸŒŸ

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes šŸ„„

  • 1/3 cup water šŸ’§

  • 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries šŸ“


Directions ā¬‡ļø

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except strawberries. Pulse ingredients together. Make sure to not pulse them too long, as you want to keep some of the chunks of nuts for the bars! Use a spatula to push mixture down from sides of food processor. Also, if you feel like it needs more water, spoon in an additional 1 TB then pulse ingredients together. Repeat if necessary. Then add in freeze dried strawberries. Pulse a few times. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture evenly on sheet, topping with a few extra crushed dried strawberries. Let harden in fridge for 2-3hrs. Remove, cut into bars, & enjoy! šŸ˜‹
