Ingredients
1 burrito sized + 1 small tortilla (@sietefoods)
1 hard taco shell (or tostada)
2 TB Dairy Free queso
1 ripe tomato
Head of romaine lettuce
1 lb organic ground turkey/beef (@butcherbox)
1 packet taco seasoning (@sietefoods mild)
Optional: hot sauce for the best dipping experience
In a sauce pan, add meat and cook over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess liquid from the pan. Add taco seasoning + 1/3 cup water. Simmer on low heat, covered. In another large sauce pan, add your burrito sized tortilla (*be sure not to turn on the burner yet! this will make it very difficult to fold up the tortilla if its too hot). Add meat + 1 TB queso. Add your hard shell tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, and additional queso. Place small tortilla on top. Turn on burner to med/med-high. Cook a few minutes or until tortilla begins to soften. Start wrapping the edges around the small tortilla. Once it is completely wrapped, flip the crunch wrap supreme to crisp up and cook the other side. Cook a few minutes or until crispy, enjoy!
