Ingredients

  • 1-2 beets, cooked, rinsed, & peeled

  • 1-2” fresh ginger

  • 2 cups pure organic aloe vera juice

  • 2 TB frozen broccoli sprouts

  • 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries

  • 1/2 TSP physllium husk

  • 8-12oz filtered water

  • Pinch of sea salt
