Anti-Inflammatory Super Food Salad



Ingredients

2-3 handfuls of mixed greens

1 organic peach, diced

1/8-1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/4 cup of sauerkraut

1 small sunchoke, peeled & thinly sliced

1 passionfruit

1/2 large portabella mushroom, diced

1/2 watermelon radish, sliced then halved

1/4 cup arugula micro greens

2 TB pomegranate seeds

1 TB sunflower seeds

1 TB hemp seeds

Drizzle EVOO & red wine vinegar to taste
